RIP Roger L. Cook
Roger Lee Cook, 59 of Lebanon, Ill., passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, Ill. Roger was a truck driver for Petroff Trucking. Roger liked to do gardening, BBQ and watching western movies, especially John Wayne. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jesse Gross. Surviving are his wife, Linda J. Cook, nee Yates of Lebanon, Ill., whom he married on July 19, 1999 in Collinsville, Ill.; a son and two daughters, Don (Tiana) Cook of Collinsville, Ill, Melanie (Bill) Mitchell of Trenton, Ill. and Stacie Lane of Lebanon, Ill.; seven grandchildren, Jadeyn, Zach, jacob, Benjamin, Thomas, Eleanor and Abigail; his parents, Oscar Lee and Darlene Lora, nee Loehr, Cook of Collinsville, Ill.; a brother, Wayne Gross of Mount Vernon, Ind.; a sister, Phyllis Shaw of Boerne, Tex. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m., Monday, April 27, 2015 at Herbert A. Kassly Funeral Home, Collinsville, Ill. Funeral service will be held at 7 p.m., Monday, April 27, 2015 at Herbert A. Kassly Funeral Home, Collisnville, Ill., with Pastor Charles Johnson officiating. Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
